1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the Résume-moi service (hereinafter "the Service"), accessible at resume-moi.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
2. Description of the Service
Résume-moi is an online service that allows users to upload PDF documents and obtain structured summaries generated by artificial intelligence. The Service is available as a free version and a paid version (Essentiel).
3. Registration and account
Using the Service requires an account with a valid email address. When you make a purchase, an account is automatically created with your email. Login is done via magic link sent by email. You are responsible for the security of your email inbox. All activity carried out from your account is your responsibility.
4. Plans and pricing
The Service offers the following plans (prices include VAT): • Free 7-day trial: limited access (5 summaries, basic templates, files up to 10 MB, 3 humanizations). Credit card required. If not cancelled 24h before trial ends, subscription automatically converts to €9.99/month. • 7-day Full Access (€1.99): unlimited access (unlimited summaries, all templates, files up to 50 MB, unlimited humanizations). If not cancelled 24h before trial ends, subscription automatically converts to €4.99/month. • Annual plan (€49.99/year): same unlimited access as Full Access, billed annually. Approximately €4.16/month. Prices may be changed with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are managed by Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by subscribing to the Essentiel plan, you acknowledge and agree that access to the Service is provided immediately upon payment confirmation. Accordingly, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal provided by Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time: access to the Essentiel plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of your documents and generated summaries. Résume-moi claims no rights over your content. The Service, its source code, design, and brand are the property of Résume-moi SAS.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: — Upload unlawful, defamatory content or content that infringes on third-party rights. — Attempt to circumvent Service limitations or access unauthorized features. — Use the Service for automated purposes (scraping, bots) without authorization. — Resell or redistribute the Service without prior agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
Summaries are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Résume-moi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of generated summaries. The Service is provided "as is". Résume-moi shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Résume-moi reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these ToS, without notice.
10. Changes to the ToS
Résume-moi reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email or by notification within the Service. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.
11. Governing law
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. For any questions, contact us at contact@resume-moi.com.
