1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the Résume-moi service (hereinafter "the Service"), accessible at resume-moi.com. By using the Service, you agree to these terms in their entirety.
2. Description of the Service
Résume-moi is an online service that allows users to upload PDF documents and obtain structured summaries generated by artificial intelligence. The Service is available as a free version and a paid version (Essentiel).
3. Registration and account
Using the Service requires an account with a valid email address. When you make a purchase, an account is automatically created with your email. Login is done via magic link sent by email. You are responsible for the security of your email inbox. All activity carried out from your account is your responsibility.
4. Credits and pricing
The Service runs on credits, with no subscription (prices include VAT): • Free credits: 5 credits are granted once per person, after email verification. No card is required. Variants of the same address (for example with "+" or dots for Gmail) do not qualify for new free credits. • Credit packs (one-time payment): Starter, €4.99 for 2,000 credits; Popular, €9.99 for 4,500 credits; Power, €19.99 for 10,000 credits. Each processing (summary, humanization, re-analysis) uses a number of credits that depends on the length of the document. Your balance is always visible in your account. Credits do not expire, are neither refundable nor convertible into money, and cannot be transferred to another account. Payments are processed by Stripe. No recurring charge is made. Pack prices may change at any time; credits already purchased remain yours.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, by purchasing a credit pack you acknowledge and accept that the credits are made available and usable immediately after payment confirmation. Consequently, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal provided by article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
6. Intellectual property
You retain full ownership of your documents and generated summaries. Résume-moi claims no rights over your content. The Service, its source code, design, and brand are the property of Résume-moi SAS.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: — Upload unlawful, defamatory content or content that infringes on third-party rights. — Attempt to circumvent Service limitations or access unauthorized features. — Use the Service for automated purposes (scraping, bots) without authorization. — Resell or redistribute the Service without prior agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
Summaries are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Résume-moi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or relevance of generated summaries. The Service is provided "as is". Résume-moi shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting your account permanently forfeits any remaining credits, without refund. Résume-moi reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, including creating multiple accounts to obtain the free credits more than once, without notice.
10. Changes to the ToS
Résume-moi reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email or by notification within the Service. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.
11. Governing law
These ToS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris. For any questions, contact us at contact@resume-moi.com.
